I think I may genuinely hate this character. I was already a little leery of how cartoony a lot of the new ultras\supers looked but this... well it tops the cake.

I deff hear ya. in terms of character design hes very out there but i REALLY appreciate how all out capcom went with his design. gameplay wise, if MrWizard is to be trusted (the answer is yes, yes he is to be trusted) hes gonna be a decent character with some new options that we havent seen before
